If you are not fully pleased with any Mountain Well-Being Colloidal Solutions (colloidal silver, colloidal gold, colloidal copper) for any reason, you may contact us by phone within 60 days for instructions on returning the bottle for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the cost of shipping. For all other products (sulfur, iodine, curcumin, moringa, etc.) you may return the unopened item within 30 days for a full refund of purchase price, minus the cost of shipping. International Shipping Policy:

We are pleased to offer international shipping at this time, however potential import/export complications and international logistical challenges require these policies:

Mountain Well-Being is not responsible for duties or fees incurred by Customs, nor can we provide an estimate of the cost of potential duties that may be assessed to a particular package. You are responsible for any and all duties, taxes or fees incurred by Customs. We ship USPS but we cannot guarantee what will happen once your package leaves our warehouse and the courier takes possession of the package. If merchandise is returned to us for any reason, please note that you remain responsible for any additional return shipping costs and applicable return fees. If you want to attempt a second delivery of the package, you must pre-pay the new shipping costs before we will attempt this shipment.

Cold Weather Shipping Policy:

During extreme cold snaps, we are sometimes forced to delay shipping on liquid colloids, especially for customers living in the coldest regions of the USA and Canada. This is because colloidal silver can be damaged if frozen, while colloidal gold and colloidal copper are completely ruined if allowed to freeze. In addition, because each bottle is filled to the maximum level, the glass bottles will often break when the liquid freezes.

We do use heat packs and insulate the packages well, but sometimes it is still too cold to ship and we have to wait a week or two for the weather to warm up. To avoid any potential delays in shipping, we encourage you to stock up during the warmer months, and please be aware your order may be delayed during cold, winter months. For gallons and half gallons shipping out west and to Canada during winter months, there may be a shipping surplus charge required to expedite shipping. Thank you for your understanding!
